Since moving to England from Northern Ireland in 1984, Paul has worked in various Special Schools in the South of England and is now about to enter his 17th year as Headteacher of Beaucroft School, (which caters for children between 4 – 19 yrs. with complex learning needs including those with an ASD), situated in Wimborne Dorset.
He has been on the executive committee of SWALSS over 12 years and plays an active role in TADSS (Teaching Alliance of Dorset Special Schools)
Paul lives in Hampshire, with his wife Ros and children Jack and Ellen and although having lived in England longer than Ireland, he is still a proud wearer of a green shirt whenever rugby is mentioned!
